With heavy snow and freezing rain, ice can build up quickly, making it difficult to maintain a safe entrance 24/7. This condominium was using salt at their entrances, which was often tracked into the building, damaging the floor, and increasing labour. We installed two SnowClear units to keep the building entrances clear and safe — one at the main entrance, and the other at the rear car park access.
